Terms & Conditions
The offer is subject to availability at participating hotel. Each eligible event must actualize with a minimum of 10+ peak room nights/ $20,000 in room revenue and $10,000 in catered food and beverage spend per event. Incentives will be applied to each eligible event based on the number of guest rooms booked and customer selected concessions within categories highlighted. All events must be actualized in September through December 2024. All events are subject to the terms of the group booking contract with the participating hotels which must include the details of this offer.
